Townhouse Roof Around Two Skylights, Taylors Way
This townhouse has two skylights in the shallow roof over its back room. We tore the old shingles off down to the deck and replaced 6 sheets of damaged decking. The low back section got underlayment laid tight around both skylights, then the whole roof went back on in GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. We pulled the township permit.
Sunroom Re-Roof, E Rambler Drive
A commercial property on E Rambler Drive needed the roof over its sunroom replaced. The old roof had a second layer of shingles laid over the first, so we stripped both layers down to the deck and replaced a sheet of decking. The new dark gray shingles finish neatly against the white trim along the ridge and the house wall.
Roof Replacement on a Two-Story Home, Nelson Drive
When we first inspected this roof, the shingles were worn and weathered and one section was already under a tarp. The house has a busy roofline, with several gables, hips and a chimney. We tore it all off, covered the deck in GAF Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment, and installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles finished with GAF Seal-A-Ridge ridge caps.
