Roof Replacement Around 23 Solar Panels, Willow Drive
The homeowner's solar array was working fine; the roof under it wasn't. We removed all 23 panels, tore off the old shingles and found rotted decking, so we replaced 22 sheets of plywood before going any further. The new roof is a full GAF system: WeatherWatch leak barrier at the eaves, valleys and every wall and chimney, FeltBuster synthetic underlayment, new step and chimney flashing, and a Cobra SnowCountry ridge vent. The panels went back on once the roof was done. We pulled the township permit.
Roof, Gutters and Gutter Guards, Spencer Lane
A roof at the end of its life under mature shade trees. After tear-off we replaced 48 sheets of decking, then installed the same full GAF system with new flashing throughout and ridge ventilation. We also replaced the gutters with 170 feet of 6-inch K-style gutter and oversized 3×4 downspouts, and covered them with Gutter Glove stainless-steel micro-mesh guards, which suits a lot backing onto large trees.
Covered Patio Roof Rebuild, Worthington Drive
We took the covered patio at the back of this home down to its framing, re-sheathed and re-roofed it, wrapped the fascia, and closed in the underside with a clean, low-maintenance soffit ceiling.
What We See on Warminster Roofs
Much of Warminster was built in the decades after the Naval Air Development Center opened in Johnsville, so a lot of the township's homes are now on their second or third roof. On both of our 2026 replacements here, the decking under the old shingles had rotted in places.
